“We’re not liable for any claim arising from dubious give away advert speculated on social media.” FrieslandCampina WAMCO Plc warns
FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc, manufacture of Peak Milk, Three Crown and other dairy products has alerted the public of fraudulent social media post claiming the company is celebrating 68 years anniversary and therefore giving out money to the public.
The company has subsequently issued a disclaimer, sensitizing the public over the fraudulent post as such is not emanating from FrieslandCampina WAMCO Plc.
The company however warns perpetrators of this criminal post to desist from such act, noting that unauthorized use of the company’s name, brands images or logo may attract legal consequence.
