“I want us to build on the existing synergy to move the country higher in term of security of lives and property of the citizens of Oyo state”, that was the statement of the New Air Commodore NAF 671 station today during the courtesy visit to the command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Oyo state Command.

Air Commodore Adeyemi George Akinyimika commended the officers and men of the NSCDC for the show of professionalism displayed whenever they were called on joint task force with the military and enjoined them to continue on that level.

Air Commodore Adeyemi George Akinyimika later called on the rank and file officers to see themselves as one and stop the rivalry but to jointly defend the integrity of the country.

In his response the state commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence corps NSCDC Dr. Michael Adaralewa enjoined all other sister agency to always see themselves as one big family to be able to nip crime in the bud.

Meanwhile, Commandant Michael Adaralewa later used the medium to welcome the new service commander of the pace setter state and wish him a successful tenure in his duty as head of Air Force in Oyo state.
