‘Why We Believe in the Renewed Hope Agenda’ - CDNI backs Tinubu second term bid

At Calm Down Nigeria Initiative, we firmly align ourselves with the vision and values of the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Our belief is rooted in a sincere conviction that this agenda holds the key to unlocking the full potential of our great nation and restoring faith in governance, especially among the youth and vulnerable populations.

The Renewed Hope Agenda is more than a political slogan—it is a national call to action for inclusive development, socio-economic empowerment, and a reawakening of patriotic responsibility among Nigerians. We believe in this agenda because it speaks directly to the core values we uphold: peacebuilding, equity, youth empowerment, and good governance.

Our Reasons for Belief:

The agenda promotes dialogue, reconciliation, and unity across ethnic and religious lines. This aligns with our goal of calming tensions and building one indivisible Nigeria where everyone feels heard and included.

3. Economic Reform and Social Investment
We see efforts to restructure the economy, attract investment, and provide targeted support to the poor and vulnerable as bold steps toward shared prosperity—one that benefits ordinary Nigerians, not just the elite.
