A lady, simply identified as Suliat, has given conditions to assenting to the request if her husband for a divorce.
The 28 year old lady told the court at the hearing of their divorce case, that her husband, Lateef, should return her virginity and good health if he truly wants to divorce her.
The young lady who was dragged to the court by her husband, on the grounds of gross disrespect, humiliation, and embarrassment in public places, claimed that she was hale and hearty before her marriage to her husband and insisted that she needs to be in good health condition before she can accept the divorce case.
She also alleged that her husband charmed her into marrying him, and that it has caused her lots of grief in the marriage. She insisted that the marriage should be dissolved, only when her husband returns her virginity and good health.
On his own side, the husband claimed that the marriage has been a nightmare so far, as his wife has been nothing but trouble to him.
He added that he was forced to leave his own house based on the bad reception given to him by his wife and thereby prayed the court to dissolve the unhappy marriage.
The court has however adjourned till another time due to the bad health of the wife.
