Presstv News Publisher: Olushola Akinyele, Appointed CDNI National Publicity Secretary

The Publisher of PRESSTV MEDIA PUBLICATION, Olushola Akinyele, has been appointed National Publicity Secretary of the Calm Down Nigeria Initiative (CDNI), an advocacy organisation promoting peace, good governance and national development.

The appointment was announced in Lagos on August 27, 2024, by the organisation’s Director-General, Dr. Frank Albert Jnr. Okolie, who cited Akinyele’s contributions to the media industry and his role as an ambassador of the initiative as reasons for his selection.

According to Okolie, Akinyele’s involvement with the organisation and contributions to the media space earned him the opportunity to serve in the national publicity office.

The Calm Down Nigeria Initiative is an advocacy group committed to promoting peace, responsible leadership, good governance and sustainable development across Nigeria.

The organisation said its mission is to support and nurture a new generation of principled leaders distinguished by honour, integrity, capacity and competence.

Akinyele’s appointment is expected to strengthen the organisation’s public communication efforts and promote awareness of its advocacy programmes and objectives.

The announcement was signed by Dr. Frank Albert Jnr. Okolie, Director-General of the Calm Down Nigeria Initiative, on August 27, 2024.
