CDNI Urge Patience, Reaffirm Confidence In Tinubu
Calm Dawn Nigeria Initiative popularly known as CDNI has expressed optimism that the present administration of President Bola Tinubu would turn the country around for better.
The peace, unity and Nigeria development advocates group declared that the current challenges facing the people of the country were temporary, urging the people to be patient and support President Tinubu administration with prayers and commitments.
This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by the Convener of the CDNI group Amb.Frank Albert Jnr Okolie, after a constituency stakeholders meeting held in Oshodi-Isolo local government by Lagos State House Assembly Member Hon.Stephen Ogundipe, the meeting was held symotanoysly across the 40 constituency by the Lagos State House Assembly on Food Security and Quality Governance.
Amb.Frank Okolie said, “The current national challenges are like the pains of labour before childbirth. I will urge for patience with Our Indefatigable President Tinubu’s administration. The difficulties of Nigerians are temporary.
“I am sure that there is hope for this country, and the Tinubu government is committed to fulfilling its promises of economic recovery and national development.”
He then advice Nigerians to embrace farming, own a mini farm at your corner or space around your home to help in food production and security for your household. He said in Nigeria back in 80s, 90, and even early year 2000, Nigerian homes are known to always have this mini farm where we grow minor food commodities like yam, vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, fruits and co but lost this great norms due to negligence of the importance of this practice, which has also contributed to the shortfall of food production in our society today.
He then advice President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to look into partnering Local Government Chairman’s on what He call (Federal-Local Assisted CNG Bus Transport Sheme) to provide jobs for this drivers and boast affordable transportation of goods and services at the grassroots. He also advice commercial transport films owners to patronize converting thier engines to CNG tank introduced by Federal government to help reduce transport cost and fare across Nigeria.
