Abiru celebrates First Lady Oluremi Tinubu at 66, hails her contributions to Nigeria’s development

Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru has congratulated the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, on her 66th birthday, describing her life of public service as an example of faith, compassion, resilience and commitment to humanity.

Abiru, in a statement issued on behalf of the people of Lagos East Senatorial District, said Senator Oluremi Tinubu contributions to women, children, families and vulnerable Nigerians had remained significant throughout her years in public service.

He noted that her service had spanned her tenure as First Lady of Lagos State, her years in the Senate and her current role as First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

According to him, her humanitarian initiatives and advocacy for vulnerable groups have continued to make a positive impact on communities across the country.

Presstv News Nigeria learnt that the senator also acknowledged her role as the wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, saying she had continued to demonstrate grace, dignity and commitment to nation-building.

Abiru said the First Lady’s connection to Lagos East, particularly her position as Iya-Oba of Ikorodu, made the birthday celebration especially significant to the people of the district.

He expressed pride in her national service and contributions to the lives of Nigerians, while praying for her continued good health, wisdom, strength, peace and grace for many more years of impactful service.

“Happy 66th birthday, Your Excellency,” Abiru said.
