2024 ARCHIBUILT EXPO: Julius Berger-AFP products wow Ex-Vice President Sambo, Says With you, we don’t need to import furniture design
Former Vice President, Namadi Sambo has hailed the furniture production subsidiary of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, AFP for producing quality furniture that compares with imported brands.
Speaking when he visited the exhibition stand of the leading furniture production company at the just ended 2024 Archibuilt Expo organised by the Nigerian Institute of Architects in Abuja, Sambo who is also an architect, said, with this Julius Berger Furniture division in Nigeria, it then means that there will no longer be any need to import furniture from any country into Nigeria because I know they will always deliver their best.
AFP’s Head of Installation, Mr. Mathias Braun who received the former Vice President told Sambo that, conscious of the huge demands for its products, AFP opened branches across the country to bring shopping of quality and durable furniture and related professional products and services to customers.

But the former Vice President was not alone in singing the praise of AFP products. The Chief Executive Officer of OAK Development LTD, Arc Biodun Owoborode said that he has always been pleased with the final outcome of AFP’s products even as he lauded the finishing which he described as is top notch.
Continuing, Owoborode said, “to start with, I’ve always been impressed with the outcome of your product, the precision. Not just about the precision, but also how your product at the end of the day enhances the outcome of the space. You know, it has always been impressive. Being an architect, my disposition in my design has always been minimalism and that goes a lot with what AFP does. So, I don’t play with AFP.”o
Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, President of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Arc Mobolaji Adeniyi, FNIA alongside other Architects had similar words of praise for AFP products.
